Health benefits of training outdoors
Grab your training kit, head for a local park, garden or forest and get training. It’s so important for us to get vitamin D to boost our immunity as well as helping our bone health that we should all get outdoors and into direct sunlight for at least 15 minutes a day.
A recent study also reported how as little as only 5 minutes in a green space can boost mood and psychological health so there is another good reason to get out in the fresh air and train.
